Mục đích báo cáo case lâm sàng gây mê không chạy máy tim phổi ngoài cơ thể cho phẫu thuật Glenn là mô tả các thách thức mà bác sĩ gây mê phải kiểm soát và cùng thảo luận các biến chứng có thể xảy ra trong quá trình phẫu thuật. Bệnh nhân mắc bệnh tim bẩm sinh phức tạp có tím được phẫu thuật Glenn – gây mê toàn thân mà không chạy máy tim phổi ngoài cơ thể.
