Tóm tắt
Bệnh động mạch vành là loại bệnh phổ biến thứ
ba sau bệnh van tim và bệnh tim bẩm sinh tại khoa
PTT-BVND115. Phẫu thuật CABG đã được thực hiện
tại khoa PTT rải rác từ năm 2007 và thực hiện tương
đối thường qui từ cuối năm 2010 đến nay. Từ đó đến
nay Khoa đã thực hiện được hơn 100 ca CABG. Phẫu
thuật bắc cầu nối chủ-vành là một phương thức điều trị
triệt để được chọn lựa cho bệnh hẹp mạch vành nhằm
làm giảm tần suất đau thắt ngực, cải thiện chức năng co
bóp cơ tim, cũng như nhồi máu cơ tim hay đột tử.
Chúng tôi làm nghiên cứu này để đánh giá kết quả ban
đầu của phẫu thuật CABG tại khoa PTT-BVND115.
