Hiện nay, bệnh lý mạch máu (bệnh lý động mạch ngoại biên, động mạch chủ, tĩnh mạch…) ngày càng được phát hiện nhiều hơn do sự phát triển của các phương tiện chẩn đoán hình ảnh cộng với tuổi thọ ngày càng tăng của dân số. Điều trị bệnh lý mạch máu hiện nay đang chuyển dần từ mổ mở sang can thiệp nội mạch ít xâm lấn tại các trung tâm mạch máu trên thế giới và Việt Nam. Chúng tôi khái quát lại các tiến bộ trong điều trị ít xâm lấn các bệnh lý mạch mạch và phân tích sự thay đổi tất yếu trên thế giới và tại Việt nam.
