Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật sửa toàn bộ bệnh đảo gốc đại động mạch (TGA) tại bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội

Từ 10/2014- 10/2017, 25 bệnh nhân TGA đã phẫu thuật sửa toàn bộ tại bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội. Tuổi nhập viện trung bình 25,8 ± 28,5 ngày tuổi .Cân nặng trung bình: 3,83 ± 1,09 kg. Tỷ lệ sống ra viện là 92% (23 trường hợp); tử vong là 8% ( 2 trường hợp). Kết quả phẫu thuật sớm sửa toàn bộ đảo gốc đại động mạch là khả quan với tỷ lệ thành công là 92%.
