Thực trạng lo âu ở người bệnh trước can thiệp mạch vành qua da tại Bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội năm 2023

Mục tiêu: Mô tả tình trạng lo âu ở người bệnh trước can thiệp mạch vành qua da theo thang đánh giá HAM - A tại Bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội năm 2023 và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan tới tình trạng lo âu ở người bệnh trước can thiệp mạch vành qua da.
Phương pháp: Cắt ngang mô tả kết hợp với định tính.
Kết quả: Khảo sát trên 300 người bệnh tham gia nghiên cứu ghi nhận được có 205 người bệnh (68,3%) trong tổng số người bệnh không có tâm lý lo âu. Ở mức độ nặng chiếm 12,3%, lo âu ở mức độ trung bình là 12,7%, mức độ nhẹ chiếm 6,7%. Ngược lại, kết quả cho thấy 95 (31,7%) người bệnh lo âu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa giới tính và thời gian phát hiện bệnh gần đây với thời gian điều trị bệnh với tình trạng lo âu của người bệnh (p<0,05).
Kết luận: Người bệnh có khá nhiều vấn đề lo âu trước can thiệp mạch vành qua da. Điều dưỡng phải tìm hiểu tâm tư của họ để giải thích, động viện, hỗ trợ tinh thần cũng như thể chất để cải thiện sức khỏe tâm thần giúp họ chóng bình phục.
