All patients were admitted at a late stage, with 19 patients (54.3%) in stage III and 13 patients (37.1%) in stage IV. TASC D lesions accounted for the majority of cases, with 29 patients (82.9%). Femoral–above-knee bypass surgery was the most commonly performed procedure in the study, applied in 24 patients (68.6%). There were no deaths recorded during the follow-up period. Overally, postoperative ischemic symptoms showed significant improvement.
