Video assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for pulmonary aspergilloma

Abstract
During 5 years (1/2012-12/2017), there were 18 pulmonary aspergilloma patients were operated. Males: 13, females: 5. Mean age: 46.5. Almost patients are simple aspergilloma (15 patients). 14 patients were thoracoscopic lobectomy. 18 patients were discharged safely. 2 patients: convert to thoracotomy due to adhesion of pulomonary tissue and lymph nodes to pulmonary artery. VATS is good and safety procedure for simple pulmonary aspergilloma.
