Abstract: Femoral artery trauma is one of the most frequently encountered vascular injuries in trauma centers worldwide, accounting for 70% of all recorded peripheral vascular injurie. These represent critical medical emergencies, typically arising from traffic accidents, occupational incidents, injuries from sharp objects, or iatrogenic trauma during medical procedures[1]. Recent advances in endovascular intervention techniques have revolutionized the management of vascular trauma, offering minimally invasive alternatives alongside traditional open surgical repair. However, further research is needed on long-term outcomes and patient  selection criteria to optimize the use of these techniques.
