Abstract

We report successful endovascular treatment case of a juxta - renal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) in a 101-year-old male. This is also one of the oldest cases reported in the literature. Through this case, we share our experience in pre-, peri- and post-operative treatment and surveillance as well as confirm the role and safety of endovascular treatment on a centenarian with AAA.
