Abstract

Background:    The    concentration    of    serum 1.051±0.898ng/ml .There was no correlation between serum troponin T levels and factors of with age, sex, PAP. We found the correlationbetween TnTlevels and factors of cardiac functions (EF, NYHA, LVtdD),complex features of interventions (number of valves intervented, aortic clamping time, cardiopulmonarybypass time), results of intensive care (incidences of acute renal failure, of renal replacement therapy, of   low cardiac output, of inotrope using; andartificialventilation time andICU time). Conclusion: Troponin-T levelin postoperative period isamarkerofmyocardial damage of patients undergoing heart valve surgery. It should be considered as an early prognostic factor after heart valve surgery.
