Abstract

A descriptive study of 14 patients with stage I non-small cell lung cancer was treated with a uniportal thoracoscopic surgery from 10/2016 to 03/2018 for preoperative, postoperative and postoperative parameters. 09 men and 05 women. Mean age was 59,6 ± 4,5 (54-74). Detecting disease for periodic health examination 5/14 case (35,7%). The main symptom when hospitalized was chest pain: 07/ 09 cases (77,8%). Cough symptoms are 02/ 09 case (22,2%). The average tumor size is 2,4 x 2,9 cm, in which the smallest size is 1,5x1,9cm; maximum 2,7 x 3,5cm. Mean operative time: 156,5 ± minutes (140-186). The mean drainage was 5,4 ± 0,6 d (4-9). The average number of hospitalization days was ± 0,8 days (5-18). No mortality and major complications after operation. Pathological results: 03 squamous cell carcinomas and 11 adenocarcinomas. Stage cancer: 08 cases of IB stage and 06 cases of stage IA. First-stage non-small cell lung cancer treatment with uniportal thoracoscopic surgery is a safe, feasible, and well- tolerated method of surgery.
