Tóm tắt
Sửa van hai lá là lựa chọn đầu tay trong trong phẩu thuật điều trị bệnh lý van hai lá,đặc biệt là bệnh lý thoái hóa van ở người lớn. Với tỷ lệ thành công cao, tử vong ít và tiên lượng lâu dài tốt.Trong bệnh Barlow, mô van dư nhiều, vòng van dãn, do đó có thể đặc được vòng van lớn nên diện tích mở của lá van lớn. Tiến triển hẹp và hở lại van hai lá sau phẩu thuật tiến triển rát chậm. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cho thấy kết quả tốt về lâu dài trong điều trị phẫu thuật bảo tồn van hai lá trong bệnh Barlow bằng kỹ thuật sửa van hai lá Carpentier ở Viện Tim TP.HCM.
