Abstract

Coronary injury following radiofrequency ablation is uncommon due to the high safety of ablation procedures. Injuries to the left coronary artery are uncommon, and total occlusion of the left coronary artery is even less commonly seen. The approach and management of this situation require a certain level of the interventional vascular physician's experience, as well as the immediate and efficient coordination of all intervention personnels.
