Tóm tắt

Bệnh cơ tim phì đại tắc nghẽn là loại bệnh tim ít gặp, khoảng 0,2% dân số và thường là phì đại thất trái đơn thuần đi kèm với hở van hai lá do hội chứng SAM. Điều trị nội, đốt nhánh vách thứ nhất bằng cồn tuyệt đối hoặc phẫu thuật cắt cơ gây hẹp là các phương pháp điều trị cho loại bệnh này. Chúng tôi báo cáo kết quả phẫu thuật một trường hợp bệnh phì đại cả hai thất gây tắc nghẽn đi kèm cầu cơ đoạn hai ĐM xuống trước trái
