Abstract

From 12/2016 to 3/2018, a total of 24 patients were operated: Atrial septal defect closure, mitral valve replacement, and tricuspid valve repair. Technically successful in 24 patients, no patient must be transferred to conventional sternotomy, 1 patients with post-op bleeding need chest open for blood drainage, no patients died. A safe, feasible approach that can be implemented routinely with existing equipment.
