Bất thường xuất phát của động mạch phổi là bệnh tim bẩm sinh hiếm gặp, chiếm khoảng 0,096% các bệnh tim bẩm sinh1. Tổn thương bao gồm một nhánh động mạch phổi xuất phát bất thường từ động mạch chủ và một nhánh từ thân động mạch phổi2,3, hầu hết bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật tạo hình động mạch phổi qua đường mổ xương ức. Chúng tôi thông báo ca bệnh bất thường xuất phát động mạch phổi phải từ thân động mạch cánh tay đầu, được phẫu thuật thành công qua đường mổ nách phải, không sử dụng tuần hoàn ngoài cơ thể.
