Tóm tắt

Từ 2007 đến 2017, 301 bệnh nhân có bệnh lý hạch trung thất được thực hiện NSTT để chẩn đoán mô học. Chúng tôi so sánh sự khác biệt giữa 2 nhóm có (nhóm 1) và không có (nhóm 2) hội chứng TMCT về thời gian mổ, biến chứng và kết quả giải phẫu bệnh. Tuổi trung bình là 59.04 tuổi (nhóm 1) và 40.5 tuổi (nhóm 2). Trong số 301 bệnh nhân, 176 nam và 125 nữ. Thời gian mổ trung bình nhóm 1 là 44.8 phút và nhóm 2 là 34.3 phút (p<0.001). Không tử vong, biến chứng là 7.4% (nhóm 1) và 1.1% (nhóm 2). Trong nhóm hội chứng TMCT, 100% thực hiện sinh thiết hạch cạnh KQ phải, kết quả 81.5% carcinoma và 18.5% lymphoma.
