Tóm tắt

Rò động mạch vành là một bệnh lý ít gặp đa số do nguyên nhân bẩm sinh, ngoài ra cũng có thể do nguyên nhân mắc phải (can thiệp thủ thuật vào tim hoặc chấn thương). Trong đó rò động mạch vành vào thất trái là trường hợp rất hiếm gặp. Chúng tôi báo cáo phẫu thuật thành công một trường hợp rò động mạch vành phải vào thất trái với kích thước lỗ rò lớn sau khi cố gắng bịt dù thất bại.
